We are from Washington, DC so we had Quinn shipped to us via the petsafe program. We were a little apprehensive about it at first because we were not able to meet the puppy before she was sent to us. But Jill sent pictures, videos, updates and made us feel like we were watching our sweet Quinn grow. We picked her up from the airport and she was safe and happy. She has fit into our family without skipping a beat and seems so happy and well cared for. Bringing a puppy into a home was a huge commitment and one my entire family was involved in. This was to be our son (6) and daughter’s (8) first dog and after a year of pleading we began the process of researching the best possible match for our family. We finally narrowed it down to a Goldendoodle for a variety of reasons, but mainly being a non-shedding dog. I contacted Great Oaks Kennels and received a call the very next day! Their professionalism shone through right away. They wanted to know about our family, anything I could tell them to help make a match. When we arrived at Great Oaks, it was a beautiful place! The Murray’s were so kind and welcoming. They could sense our excitement and nervousness about getting a new puppy.
