Great Oaks has been amazing! They have been incredible through the whole process. They were responsive with my request for more information, calling the very next day. They walked me through the deposit process and were very accommodating with letting us come visit on a Saturday afternoon to choose our boy. All the puppies were gorgeous-we are so pleased with the personality and look of the little guy we chose. Great Oaks is knowledgeable and friendly. The Great Oaks Kennel is one of the best we have had the pleasure of dealing with; from the beginning they have answered our inquiries from email one. They are upfront about everything and if they did not cover something in a text or email that one may need answered, just ask. They take the time to give you weekly updates with photos of the pups, which no one I have found during our hunt for a kennel/breeder does. Most of all when you meet them and see their place, their kids and their dogs, one can see that they are in this for the love of the animal and not to flip a quick buck.
