  I've had the best experience dealing with  great oaks kennel from day one. They were very nice and polite and gave me all the information I needed to pick my new family member. They returned every phone call in a timely manner, and kept me updated with constant pictures and videos on my little guy every week up until he came home. Upon me driving to get him, they accommodated my driving schedule and were up to greet me at 4am and even offered to feed me. Overall everything that was told to me matched up with the genuineness that was displayed towards me and my family, and I cannot thank them enough for their efforts. I think the best part is that even though the puppy is with me, they still want to be apart and updated with how they are growing, changing, and what they are up to later in life. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a strong, healthy, and loving puppy and a phenomenal experience.

We are so thankful for the experience and puppy we received from Great Oaks Kennel! Justin and Jill were so pleasant and helpful from the first phone call, all the way to picking up our Bernedoodle. While he is smart and easily trainable, I cannot speak highly enough about the temperament and demeanor of our puppy. He is very outgoing and playful with our 4 & 2 year olds, while calm and gentle with our 1 year old. Anybody would be so lucky to have a puppy from Justin and Jill at Great Oaks Kennel!

  I like most people had my suspensions about adopting a dog from a kennel that is located in a different state. But Jill and Justin are true salt of the Earth good people, who absolutely love providing puppies to families. You can tell they provide a loving experience because our little puppy “Stevie” is such a happy puppy and in great health. 

Me and my wife would put our name on referring Great Oaks Kennel. We where not able to go to the kennel but they assured our little girl made it safely and happy all the way down to Texas. I have no doubts in my mind that if you choose a dog form them you will get a member of the family that will provide such joy for a very long time. 

   Our experience with Great Oaks Kennel has been top notch! I searched the web for a few days before finding them and the information online these days can be confusing. Justin promptly responded to my inquiry and was very personable. He even walked me through his website over the phone so I could read the testimonies and make an educated decision. When I visited with my daughters to choose our puppy from the litter, Jill very patiently spent an hour with us, giving us time to pick out our new family member. I couldn't believe how much time, care, and information she generously gave to us. Prior to picking up our puppy, they sent helpful information and went above and beyond to educate me on next steps. I plan to add another puppy to our family sometime in the future and when we do, I wouldn't go anywhere else but Great Oaks Kennel! 

 We have been thrilled to work with Great Oaks Kennel through the process of adding a new member to our family, a German Shepherd Puppy that we are naming Major.  Jill and Justin have been great to work with, and have been very good about explaining the puppy buying process along the way.  We have received several rounds of pictures of our puppy prior to pick up, and Jill and Justin have taken several opportunities to explain the bests ways to integrate Major into our family.  They provided ample time to play with the puppies and pick out the right one for us during puppy pick out day, and did a thorough job walking us through the paperwork, and the future vaccination needs to get Major to full immunity.  We were referred to the Murray's by a friend, and couldn't have been happier with the process.  We are so excited to Major as a part of our family, and want to thank the Murray family for providing us the opportunity to adopt Major.

We have been wanting a German Shepard puppy for quite some time and we were very nervous about this process, however Great Oaks Kennels has gone above and beyond to ease all my anxiety and worry about our choice. For that I can not thank you all enough !

Justin and Jill go to great extents to make sure the puppy is healthy and that we get the puppy we want.  They sent us pictures of our Axl allowing us to see his cuteness and how fast he was growing.  I can’t wait to get our Axl and smother him with love!

 "If you are looking for a puppy, know that Great Oaks Kennel is one of the best places to find your new family member. When I first reached out to them via email to see if they had a puppy available, they called me back within hours to talk to me, and then apologized for taking so long—even though I didn’t expect to hear back for at least a day! On that phone call, there was no pressure or any kind of “selling” done, it was all about what I was looking for in a puppy and if they would be a good match for me. They gave me my space to make decisions and always were prompt with communication when I reached out, explaining their health guarantee, and all of the important stuff. THAT is customer service.

The purchasing process was super smooth and very well explained. When my puppy, Queso, was born, Jill called me personally and congratulated me on becoming a dog mom. Every couple of weeks, the website had new pictures so I could see him grow alongside his siblings. When it was time to do puppy picks, done virtually because of Covid  there were a bunch of photos and videos of each puppy so you were able to get as much of an idea as to their physique and personality. Before I came to pick Queso up, I received a long email that had as much information as possible, including what food he was eating, how much he was eating, and other critical information, as well as tips to make his transition process as smooth as possible. I will refer any friends and family members to Great Oaks Kennel if they ever ask, and if I ever plan on getting another Golden Retriever, I know who my first call will be!”

Great Oaks Kennel is an amazing breeder for quality puppies that are ready to go home with their families at 8 weeks!  Justin and Jill are great about keeping you updated on all the pictures and information you could possibly need.  They are very accommodating and will make sure you have the best experience in buying your puppy.  I also really appreciate the letter they send home with you and your puppy.  It is an important part of the whole process, and I really appreciated it.  I cannot recommend Great Oaks Kennel enough!  When we get our next goldendoodle, it will definitely be through them again. 

We recently took home a little goldendoodle pup from Great Oaks Kennel.  We couldn't have been more pleased with how helpful and delightful the Murray Family was through the whole process.  To our family, the best well-being of the dogs is paramount, above all else.  We never felt like GOK, as the breeder, put their "business" or bottom-line above what is best for the puppies.  They helped us problem-solve related to our complicated circumstances/schedule in picking up our puppy.  Our little sweetie is now home with us and our 5yr old goldendoodle and we could not be more delighted!

Bringing a puppy into a home was a huge commitment and one my entire family was involved in. This was to be our son (6) and daughter’s (8) first dog and after a year of pleading we began the process of researching the best possible match for our family.  We finally narrowed it down to a Goldendoodle for a variety of reasons, but mainly being a non-shedding dog.  I contacted Great Oaks Kennels and received a call the very next day!  Their professionalism shone through right away.  They wanted to know about our family, anything I could tell them to help make a match.   When we arrived at Great Oaks, it was a beautiful place!  The Murray’s were so kind and welcoming.  They could sense our excitement and nervousness about getting a new puppy.  They were so patient and their children were great helping our little ones learn about puppy’s!
